International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns
Due to the highly competitive computer industry, we are unable to provide a "change of mind" policy. All sales are final, so please choose carefully. Please carefully check the compatibility of all new hardware purchased with existing hardware. If unsure, please consult with our
technical staff before completing the purchase.
Note that completing the sale online does not confirm the sale with our staff. We will send a confirmation email when the order begins being processed, and sale is finalized when we receive payment, and confirm delivery address.
- Hardware - All hardware sales are final. Faulty hardware will be repaired or replaced at PCTronix's discretion (or manufacturer's discretion).If it is deemed that it was user fault, a service fee may apply.
- Software - Due to copyright issues we are unable to accept returns of software. When selecting software please carefully check the minimum system requirements on the product. Faulty software will gladly be exchanged. If we are unable to exchange a product that is no longer available, you will be given a refund.
- If a customer wishes to return a product because it is not compatible, they may do so within 7 days of the purchase, PCtronix must be informed of any issues immediately. However if the packaging has been opened and the item used, the goods are considered second hand and up to a 20 percent restocking fee may apply. If the packaging is unopened and the item as new then a full refund , minus any shipping costs and insurance, will be given. If goods are found faulty, a exchange or upgrade will be given, even if packaging has been opened.
Cancellation Policy
- If you order a product online and it is out of stock, and you decline a substitute product, PCTronix will refund your payment in full.
- PCTronix does not operate a 'Change of Mind' Policy. If you change your mind and there is no fault with the product, we will not refund your payment
